Personnel moving from a certified/mandated position to a civilian/non-certified role, must be separated by the certification department before this form can be submitted
A student ID number is required to complete this form.
This form is NOT for new profiles requests.
1. Login into the WSCJTC Acadis Portal at https://wscjtc.acadisonline.com/
If the log in page does not look like this, you are not on the Acadis portal
2. Go to Links & Webforms > Webforms
3. Complete the "Civilian/Non-Certified Personnel Lateral Hire”
4. Click Submit when all required information is entered.
