The instructor will login to the WSCJTC Acadis Portal.
In the left navigation menu, open it up and go to My Work > My Staff Assignments.
NOTE: Rosters are only visible to instructors who are added to the session as staff assignment with the role of instructor. Please discuss with your program manager. Help desk can not give you the staff assignment.
On this page, you see all the sessions that you are listed as a staff assignment/instructor.
If the "View Roster" is grayed out, no students have been registered and enrolled yet. Otherwise, the "View Roster" button will show you a list of the students enrolled and it can be printed out.
You can also email the students from the portal, however all communications to the students about their status and the session information is sent by the WSCJTC. This is no need for the instructors to send any information to the students without first notifying the Program Manager.
The WSCJTC Acadis Portal Help Desk cannot give you the staff assignment for your session. Please discuss with your program manager. Not all program use this feature.
