The Patrol Tactics Instructor will login to WSCJTC Acadis Portal. 


Go to "My Work" on the left navigation menu and click on "Current Tasks".


Under My Current Tasks, click the "Start Webform" button on the far right.



Lead Instructor must confirm the session name, date and locations of the session.  



Next is the document upload section.  Click on the arrow to open the upload window.  You will have to do it for each document you upload.  Please put all pages into one (1) PDF document and name the file with the session # and location city.


DO NOT USE THE "DOCUMENT PROTECTION" FEATURE ON THE UPLOAD!



Completed Uploads should look like this.  If you want to remove and upload another document, just click the X by the blue question mark.


When you satisfied with your uploads, click the "Submit & Mark Task as Complete" button and that will send the documents to the PTIS Program and notify them as well.
