The PTI Lead Instructor will login to the WSCJTC Acadis Portal.  

In the left navigation menu, open it up and go to Links & Webforms and the click "Webforms".

Click on the webform 2194 Patrol Tactics In-Service Class Request.  

Complete all of the required information about the session.

NOTE: When listing agencies, always use their full name.  There is more than one "SPD" and "RPD" in the state. 

Listing an agency here will restrict registration to ONLY those agencies listed.  Other agencies will not be able to view or register for this sessions.  Agencies can be added and removed by contacting the program at .

Provide the name and email of the Lead PTIS Instructor.  This will allow the webform to send a confirmation and also add them as a staff assignment and receive automatic emails about workflow tasks and the session.

Lastly there is an OPTIONAL upload section where you can upload any pre-session information you may want on the session or to deliver to the De-escalation and Patrol Tactics Program.

Click Submit when you are done. 

You will receive a confirmation of the submission of the webform to the address entered on the webform.  When the session is created and available for registration, an additional email will be sent telling you it is available.  You will also get another email with instructions on how to upload the documents AFTER the session using the WSCJTC Acadis Portal.
