This webform is only for use for personnel taking training or applying for certification from the Coroner/Medical Examiner Program at the WSCJTC.

For users who do not have an Acadis login, you can reach the public webform.
Go to https://wscjtc.acadisonline.com/
Click on WebForms on the right side of the page.
Click on “C/ME Program – New Coroner, Medical Examiner Profile Request
Fill out all the required fields and submit.
The email in the “Agency Contact” will receive a confirmation email. Once your request is filled, the program will email you back.
Notice of Hire Requirement:
WAC 139.27.020 states the submission of a Notice of Hire to the WSCJTC’s C/ME Program is required within 15 days of the person’s hire.
The form CJ 221 Coroner/Medical Examiner – Notice of Hire/Separation can be found on our website.
The form CJ 221 Coroner/Medical Examiner – Notice of Hire/Separation must be submitted to the C/ME Program at cme@cjtc.wa.gov.
