Use ‘Update Fulfillment’ after selecting the personnel your agency wants to attend a course
If the student did not fulfill the requirement with a CJTC course, you will need to upload a document that proves completion with a different method.
Select the document and provide a name that clearly indicates what the document is. ***Do not upload anything with SSN. CJTC admin and program managers cannot open restricted documents. ***
After attaching the document, you have two options under Fulfillment.
- Mark “The requirement has been met or exceeded,” or
- Mark “Request Waiver”
Or
If you request a waiver, you must ‘Provide other Clarifying Comments.’ This method would usually be used if you are uncertain if the provided documents will meet the fulfillment requirements.
After all documents and comments have been submitted, click the blue save button at the bottom right of the page. This will bring you back to the main registration page.
Repeat this process until all prerequisites are marked green.
