1. Login into the WSCJTC Acadis Portal at https://wscjtc.acadisonline.com/


    If the log in page does not look like this, you are not on the Acadis portal 



  2. Hover over Organization and select Organization Profile.

  1. Scroll down to the Points of Contact (POC) band.  Your agency’s primary contact will be marked with a yellow star.  There is only one primary contact per agency.

  1. From here you can Add, Edit, or Remove contacts

  1. Add a contact by clicking the Add a contact button.  Then fill out the webform.  You can add a new primary contact here as well.

  1. To edit a person, click the edit link to the far right of their name.  Use the change link to change the person and keep the role.   Use the drop down to change the role and keep the person. Change the status of the primary contact with the checkbox.

  1. Changing your agency’s points of contact does NOT change who your training managers are.   Use the Update Personnel webform in Acadis to have the LMS help desk change training managers for your agency.
