NOTE: It is not required that you report your entire roster to the WSCJTC LMS.  We recommend you only add people when they are attending training. 



  1. Login into the WSCJTC Acadis Portal at https://wscjtc.acadisonline.com/


    If the log in page does not look like this, you are not on the Acadis portal

  2. Go to Links & Webforms > Find and Complete a Webform
  3. Complete the "New Profile for Service Academy Registration"

4.  Click Submit when all required information is entered.


Please allow 24-48 hours for approval after filling out the form.  You will be notified by basic training when the profile has been created..  Requests received after noon on Friday may not be complete until the next business day.


Once the profile has been created, you can then register your personnel for the service academy.

REMINDER: Do NOT use this for certified peace officers, certified tribal police officers, reserve peace officer or corrections personnel. There are other forms for those positions.
