You can updates to the portal person records (user profiles) that include name changes, email changes, and demographic information by using a webform in the portal.
This webform is for updating ALL person record types in the WSCJTC Acadis Portal.
1. Login into the WSCJTC Acadis Portal at https://wscjtc.acadisonline.com/
If the log in page does not look like this, you are not on the Acadis portal
2. Go to Links & Webforms > Webforms
3. Complete the "Updates - Person Profiles"
4. Click Submit when all required information is entered.
Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. Requests received after noon on Friday may not be completed until the next business day.
REMINDER: Do NOT use for hiring or separating certified peace officers, certified tribal police officers, reserve peace officer, corrections personnel, or Coroner/Medical Examiners. There are other forms for those positions.
