IMPORTANT: This is a draft article and the WSCJTC Acadis Portal isn't planned to be available to the PS/PI/BBRA Companies using the Firearms Certificate Program until after 1/1/2021
WSCJTC PS Certified Instructors have two webforms in the WSCJTC Acadis Portal to submit class information to the Firearms Certificate Program. This method allows for direct importation into the portal of all required documentation.

There are two that are specifically for PS Certified Instructors:
Firearms Certification Program New Class Submission
This webform is for submitting a scheduled class so that companies can directly register their applicants for the class. It is important to note HOW to name the class. All classes should be in this format:
- Agency Name Class Name (MM/DD/YYYY) City, State
As an example, your class name would look like: ABC Security Renewal Training (02/15/2021) Tacoma, WA
This format allows for the best results when a training manager is searching for a class.
Firearms Certification Program Class Roster Submission
This webform is for submitting the two (2) rosters to the Firearms Certificate program so that they can directly upload the class records and manage all administrative functions within the portal.
It is important to note HOW to name the class. All classes should be in this format:
- Agency Name Class Name (MM/DD/YYYY) City, State
As an example, your class name would look like: ABC Security Renewal Training (02/15/2021) Tacoma, WA
This format allows for the best results when a training manager is searching for a class.
There are two (2) rosters to upload:
1) The regular signed in roster - Scan the completed roster and upload the .pdf document.
2) The spreadsheet roster - Complete as instructed and upload the .xlxs document
DO NOT SCAN the .xlxs document.
When either webform is submitted, you will receive an onscreen message and a confirmation email that you can retain for your records.
