Email my Professional History Report
This feature is available for YOU to send your training history report to whomever you'd like. They will receive a secure link that will be available for however you chose. You can also email it to yourself if you'd like.
1) Login into the WSCJTC Acadis Portal at https://wscjtc.acadisonline.com/
If the log in page does not look like this, you are not on the Acadis portal
2) On the home page, click this hyperlink in the upper right hand corner.
3) A pop up will come up with your options to email a secure link to yourself or another person.
4) Add the email address of the people you want to get the secure link.
5) Check the CC box if you want a copy, too.
6) Choose how long you want them to be able to access the secure link.
7) Add a custom message if you'd like and then click Save.
Once it is complete, you will see this message on the screen.
It will open in a browser where they can download the report.
Clicking the link, the report will open in a pdf viewer similar to this one:
From here they can print or save it as a pdf.
IMPORTANT: As of January 2020, the migration of all training records is not in the WSCJTC Acadis Portal. If you need an official WSCJTC Transcript of your non-online courses, please email publicrecords@cjtc.wa.us and request one. We'll update/remove this message when the migration is complete.
