1) Creating a ticket on this help portal (NO NEED TO LOGIN). This is new, so we'd like you to try it out!
2) Email the WSCJTC Help Desk directly at lms@cjtc.wa.gov
3) Use the webform on the WSCJTC Acadis Portal profile page (under Resources)
4) Call 206-391-2949 (Vicki) during business hours of 0800-1530 (M-T, Th-Fr, Minus Holidays) or
5) Call 206-658-7024 (Rachael) during business hours of 0800-1530 (M-W, F Minus Holidays)
