This problem is often caused by browser's being out of date, using Internet Explorer, agency firewall settings, or internet loss and the browser gets "stuck" and won't resume the website correctly.
To help resolve these issues here is what you can do:
- Make sure your browser (Chrome, Edge) is supported and current.
- Make sure to open browser, clear cache, close browser and go to the portal.
- Make sure your internet is stable.
- Failing that, contacting your IT Department with solution below.
As of March 2022, Acadis (vendor) no longer supports Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE 11). To use the WSCJTC Acadis Portal, users must use the most current version of:
- Google Chrome
- Microsoft Edge
Why? Microsoft is retiring Internet Explorer on June 15, 2022.
Each agency has different rules for how much a user can do to their computers. Here are the links to keeping your browsers up to date (for many agencies – these updates are probably automatic). These are official links.
- Google Chrome: How to Update Your Chrome Browser.
- Microsoft Edge: How to Update Your Microsoft Edge.
Other Solutions:
Make sure your computer defaults to one of these two browsers.
If you are using one of these browsers and it is current, these problems are often caused by a loss of internet and the browser getting “stuck” and won’t reload properly. Try clearing the cache. These are official links.

- Microsoft Edge: How to Clear the Edge Cache.
